Villa Good Hope is constructed on two levels and offers spacious accommodation and comfort for up to six people. The property is particularly well suited to outdoor living and entertaining with a large pool terrace that is partially shaded by the first floor wooden porch. The terrace leads out to the pool, which is wonderfully warm whatever the hour. There is a gas BBQ for alfresco eating and a hammock for ‘lazy dreamsome days’.
Ground floor is open plan kitchen/breakfast bar, dining room with French doors leading out to garden, large lounge fully equipped with 59” 4K Smart UHD TV, cable TV, and wireless internet access. Access to the pool terrace is direct from lounge.
The main entrance/front door on first floor provides access to the entrance hall leading to spacious master bedroom suite (includes dressing room and en suite bathroom with bath and shower). There are two further bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
 There is a further door leading out onto the wooden porch. This is another area to relax and absorb the ambience with eye-catching views of pool, gardens and ocean. On a clear day you have an impressive view of Trinidad. An unusual wooden and concrete staircase leads down to ground floor.

Downstairs laundry room and powder room. 
At the front of the house there is parking area for 4/5 cars. Electric gates for privacy and security alarmed.
 A housekeeper comes two days a week. (Cooking, babysitting& additional housekeeping on request).

Gardens swimming pool and access to the beach

The garden is planted with young fruit trees, lawn and shrubs. Bougainvillea and palms run around the fence of the property. An array of colourful tropical birds can be seen and heard for nature lovers. If you are quiet and still enough, you might even see an iguana.
 There is a gate positioned at the bottom left side of garden which leads directly to the beach.

Master bedroom

The Master bedroom has a sleigh queen bed and is air conditioned with a ceiling fan.It has large wooden sliding doors that open onto a private balcony with lovely views of the ocean and a cool breeze. There is a dressing room and large bathroom with shower and bath and his and her basins.

Bedroom one

Bedroom one has twin beds and an en suite bathroom,it is air conditioned with a ceiling fan and has a large sliding door that opens to a large wooden balcony with views of the ocean and Trinidad.

Bedroom two

Bedroom two has a queen bed with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. It has its own en suite bathroom and a large sliding wooden door that opens on to a beautiful deck where you can take in the views.
