Cancellation/Deposit Policy

A Deposit of 50% of total stay due upon confirmation of reservation. Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival in low season, 60 days prior in high season. Cancellations in low season with less than 2 weeks notice shall forfeit deposit, in high season less than 30 days notice shall forfeit deposit.

High Season: 16 December – 30 April

Low Season: 1 May – 15 December

Breakage Policy

Items damaged or broken during stay would be for the guests’ account. All guests are asked to supply a valid credit card number along with expiry date when making their final payment. This credit card would be used to cover cost of any damages incurred during stay. Please advise housekeeper immediately of any items that are damaged or broken. Guests would be notified of any damages and the resulting costs within 48 hours of their departure.

Check In Policy

Check In Time: 3:00 pm Check Out Time: 12 noon Early check-ins or late check- outs must be requested prior to date of arrival. Guests would be allowed early check-ins or late check-outs only if villa is not booked the day prior to arrival or day subsequent to departure.
